Great Barrier Reef. The most fun thing about it was the boat ride. The breeze is great, the sight is great, and I feel like I almost get blown off my feet. BUT, when I got into the stuffy 'dry area' to listen about how to put on the gears, my yinyang came unbalanced. BAD NEWS. I threw up over the deck. EWW. Oh well, as Mr Yeo and Mr Low put it, I attracted lots of fishes with my thrown up breakfast. Which is good. And so, we get to see lots of fishes. I even saw somebody ... We woke up quite early the next day to a simple breakfast of cereal and juice, as we wanted to avoid being sea-sick. Yes, we went out to sea. Yes, it was for snorkelling. No, the boat is not named Titanic. The boat ride was soooooo fun. Almost all of us went out on the front deck and the sea breeze never felt so good. A sunburn wouldn't stop any of us from staying outside to feel the sky, sun and sea. Pictures were, once again, taken in excess. The ride ended ... I am sure most of you enjoyed snorkeling in the great barrier reef, i did enjoy myself and it just made me want to go back for more. the corals were so beautiful, the fishes were adorable(psst, getting to meet the movie star, Nemo, up close was exhilarating!) and the water was so clear, albeit the presence of coral/fish eggs and sperms. The Great Barrier Reef would not have been so colourful ... It's the first time i've actually done snorkling and it's at the Great Barrier Reef! The feeling is fabulous! I've got to admit that's my favourite experience throughout the trip. When we all put our gears on, all of us had fears about snorkling in the ocean, and most of us did not have any of such previous experience before. We feared of the salty ocean, the blazing sun, the ocean's currents, the extreme ...
